Cookies
In order to make the visit to our website user-friendly and also to enable the use of certain functions, we use so-called cookies on various pages. Cookies are small text files. These are downloaded from the websites you visit to your computer or mobile device.
When using cookies, we collect and process certain user information from you in the respective individual scope of the text files, such as browser and location data and IP address. Cookies are automatically deleted after a specified duration, which may differ depending on the cookie. If you neither deactivate the cookies nor use the opt-out function, we assume that you accept the use of cookies.
Most of the cookies we use are so-called ”session cookies” and are technically necessary, for example, to enable basic website functions and their proper functioning. These cookies are stored on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR, unless another legal basis has been specified.
You can influence the setting of cookies via your browser settings. These allow you to be informed about the setting of cookies, to allow cookies only in individual cases, to exclude acceptance in individual cases or in general, and to automatically delete cookies when closing the browser. Deactivating cookies may limit the functionality of our website under certain circumstances.
If consent to the storage of cookies is necessary, e.g. for marketing purposes or cookies from third-party companies, you will be informed of this and the storage of the cookies in question will be based exclusively on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR, which can be revoked at any time.

The information generated by the cookies about your use of the website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other data from Google. We have also extended Google Analytics on this website with the code ”anonymizeIP”, this guarantees the masking of your IP address so that all data is collected anonymously. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. An order processing agreement (AVV) has been concluded with Google.
On our behalf, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing us with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. You also have the option of preventing the collection of the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (incl. your IP address) to Google as well as the processing of this data by Google by revoking your consent to the setting of the Google Cookie
or by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
As an alternative to the browser add-on, especially for browsers on mobile devices, you can also prevent the collection by Google Analytics by clicking on this link (Deactivate Google Analytics). An opt-out cookie will be set that prevents the future collection of your data when visiting this website. The opt-out cookie is only valid in this browser and only for our website and is stored on your device. If you delete the cookies in this browser, you must set the opt-out cookie again.
On our website, we use the ”demographic characteristics” function provided by Google Analytics. The function is used to be able to show you suitable advertisements within the Google advertising network. The data collected in this way can be used to create analyses and reports of our website visitors, which provide information about age, gender and interests. This data is collected through interest-based advertising by Google and from third-party website visitor data. It is not possible to assign this data to a specific person. Using the Google Ads Manager, you can deactivate this function at any time in your Google account or generally prohibit data collection by Google Analytics.
We continue to use Google Analytics to evaluate data from Double Click cookies and also AdWords for statistical purposes. If you do not wish this, you can deactivate it via the Ads Preferences Manager (http://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/?hl=de).
The data transfer to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission: https://privacy.google.com/businesses/controllerterms/mccs/.
